3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Listings and Job Posts

• All content you post must be accurate, honest, and related to the ceramic industry.
• You must own or have permission to use any images or text you upload.
• Prohibited content includes: spam, fake listings, misleading claims, adult content, hate speech, and illegal offers.
• We may remove any listing or job post at our discretion without notice.
• Listing prices must be in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

5. Transactions

CeramicNinja does not process payments or guarantee any transaction. All dealings, payments, and disputes are strictly between the buyer and seller. We strongly encourage users to verify counterparties before completing any transaction.

6. Intellectual Property

The CeramicNinja name, logo, and site design are our intellectual property. Content you post remains yours, but by posting you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the Site and in promotional materials for the platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the Site.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure.
• Use the Site to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam).
• Post content that infringes any third party’s intellectual property rights.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
